Envirocare Grounds Maintenance was established in 2005 by Philip Harrington and David Yates who have worked together in the commercial grounds maintenance market for over 20 years and head a team with over 100 years experience that provides a unique base of expertise.

Envirocare offers its clients across the UK a range of flexible maintenance programs that include:

  • Grass cutting, edging and strimming
  • Hedge cutting and pruning
  • Weed control
  • Maintaining flower and shrub beds, paths and hardstandings

 The Support

  • Head Office Support – provided by an experienced and highly professional team
  • Local Support – provide by Operations Managers
  • Accounts – centralised invoicing, credit control and general support
  • Business and Financial Planning Support – to support you control the development of your business
  • Health and Safety – provision of a full management system
  • Human Resources – provision of framework and management system

  • Training - comprehensive 3 week training programme, including two weeks

Included within the price is everything you will need to start and run your business (full details can be accessed via the Envirocare website).

In addition to the initial cost you will also require approximately £10,000 in working capital to enable you to run and develop the business in its early stages.
After the appointment of the first 10 Franchisees Envirocare will introduce prospective Franchisees requiring funding to the dedicated Franchise Teams of leading Banks, with whom they have developed excellent working relationships, who will consider providing funding for up to 70% of the cost of the Franchise subject to status, security, terms and conditions.
